KERPOP TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of kerpop.com (the “Site”) and your participation in Kerpop activities, including the Magic Bag Challenge (“MBC”). By accessing the Site, engaging with Kerpop, or participating in MBC, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or participate.

1) WHO WE ARE

Kerpop (“Kerpop”, “we”, “us”) operates this Site and organises the Magic Bag Challenge. We are based in the United Kingdom.

2) USE OF THE SITE

You agree to use the Site lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

– Misuse the Site or interfere with its operation

– Attempt unauthorised access to systems or data

– Use the Site for unlawful, misleading, or harmful purposes

We may suspend or restrict access if these Terms are breached.

3) MAGIC BAG CHALLENGE (MBC)

The Magic Bag Challenge is a voluntary, community-led activity intended for entertainment, creativity, and awareness.

By taking part, you acknowledge:

– Participation is entirely optional and at your own discretion

– MBC may involve public activity, travel, social media posting, or interaction with others

– Kerpop is not responsible for personal arrangements, costs, or risks associated with participation

– Instructions, availability, and formats may change at any time

Kerpop may pause, amend, or end MBC at its discretion.

4) DONATIONS & CROWDFUNDING

Kerpop may raise funds via third-party platforms (e.g. JustGiving or similar).

Important notes:

– Donations are processed by third-party platforms under their own terms and privacy policies

– Kerpop does not control payment processing or refunds on those platforms

– Unless expressly stated, donations are non-refundable

– Donating does not guarantee rewards, prizes, or outcomes unless clearly specified

5) REWARDS, MERCH & DELIVERIES

Where rewards, merchandise, or experiences are offered:

– Details will be described at the time of offer

– Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees

– Kerpop is not responsible for delays outside its control (e.g. suppliers, shipping, customs)

– We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value if necessary

6) USER CONTENT

You may submit or share content with Kerpop (e.g. photos, videos, messages, social posts).

By doing so, you confirm:

– You own the content or have permission to share it

– The content does not infringe others’ rights

– You grant Kerpop a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, repost, and share the content for Kerpop-related purposes

You may request removal of content by contacting us.

7) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site (including branding, text, graphics, logos, and designs) belongs to Kerpop or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, or use Kerpop materials without permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

8) DISCLAIMER

The Site and all Kerpop activities are provided “as is”.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

– We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access

– We do not guarantee specific outcomes from participation in MBC or campaigns

– Content is provided for general information and inspiration only

9) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Otherwise, Kerpop will not be liable for:

– Losses arising from participation in MBC

– Indirect or consequential losses

– Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

10) THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or platforms. Kerpop is not responsible for their content, policies, or actions.

11) TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or participation in Kerpop activities if these Terms are breached or if required for legal or operational reasons.

12) CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13) GOVERNING LAW
